Subscription Policy

This policy explains how the 30BASE Cognitive Stack subscription works: billing, shipping, cancellation, and refunds. By enrolling, you accept the terms below. 30BASE is a trading name of CLEAR BASE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17140275).
1. What you receive
A 30-day supply of the 30BASE Cognitive Stack, delivered to your address once per billing cycle. Each box contains 30 single-serve sachets, one per day.
2. Billing cycle
- Subscription price: the rate shown at checkout and reflected in your account, charged to your payment method on file at each billing cycle. Monthly subscription is a flat $179 every 30 days from day one. No introductory pricing, no first-month markup, no autorenewal surprise.
- Your first charge runs at checkout. Each subsequent charge runs on the same calendar day each month.
- Taxes apply where required by state or local law.
- A payment receipt is emailed for every charge.
3. Shipping
- Free standard shipping within the United States.
- Orders are fulfilled from our US partner facility. Boxes ship within one business day of each charge. Typical transit: 3 to 7 business days.
- You will receive a tracking link by email when the box leaves the facility.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is handled case-by-case; we do not ship outside the United States.
4. Renewal
The subscription renews automatically on the monthly anniversary of your first order until you cancel. You can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account or by contacting us (see Section 11).
5. Skip or pause
You may skip the next charge or pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Skip or pause must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge. Requests submitted inside the 48-hour window apply to the following cycle.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee.
- Cancellation is immediate and stops all future charges.
- Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to prevent that charge from running. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window take effect after the pending cycle.
- You will keep any box that has already shipped.
- To cancel: log in to your account, or email us at support@30base.com with the subject line "Cancel subscription" from the email address on your account.
7. Refunds
- Unopened boxes: may be returned within 30 days of the charge date. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Contact support to receive a return address (RMA). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.
- Opened boxes: final sale. Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and FDA 21 CFR 211.204 handling requirements, opened packages cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- First-box satisfaction (new subscribers): if you are unsatisfied with your first box, contact support within 30 days of your first charge for a one-time account credit equal to the price of your first box, applied to a future renewal. Limited to one use per customer, per household, per payment method, lifetime.
- Damaged or incorrect shipments: email support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

8. Price changes
We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days notice by email to the address on your account. Any new price applies to cycles charged after the notice period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect with no penalty.
9. Failed payments
If a charge is declined, we will retry the payment method on file up to three times over seven days. If all retries fail, the subscription is paused and no box ships. You can update your payment method from your account.
10. Medical disclaimer
30BASE Cognitive Stack is a dietary supplement, not a medication. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where non-waivable consumer protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction apply.
