Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how physical returns work for 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack orders. 30BASE is a trading name of CLEAR BASE LTD (Company No. 17140275, registered in England and Wales) serving customers in the United States.

Why we do not accept physical returns

Because 30BASE is a consumable product made to order, we do not accept physical returns of boxes that have already been delivered. Once a box leaves our facility we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so it can never be re-used or resold. Every box is also printed with the customer's name and the dates of the month it covers, which makes it specific to one person and one order.

This returns policy does not mean that you cannot get your money back, and it does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law. See our Refund Policy for the money-back guarantee that covers your first order.

Damaged, opened, or incorrect boxes

If your box arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, email support@30base.com with your order number and a photo within seven days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Nothing needs to be shipped back.

Changing or canceling an order

Orders can be changed or canceled until they enter production, which normally happens at the end of the day the order is placed. Change your mind the same day you order, email support, and we cancel the order outright and refund it in full, because the box has not been made yet. After that the box is being made and cannot be modified.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where non-waivable consumer protection laws in the customer's jurisdiction apply.
