Why we built this

The day swings. The stack's job is to flatten it into a steady working line.

Modern work leans on the brain the way an exam does, except this exam runs for years, not hours. Attention, energy and the ability to hold a load do not run on one substance. They rest on several systems at once: neurotransmitter turnover, cellular energy metabolism, antioxidant defense, the make-up of cell membranes. So we did not go looking for one clever pill.

The problem

The shape of the day is recognizable. Heavy mornings, a 2 p.m. drop, an evening with less left than the morning promised. A dip like that has many possible causes: sleep, schedule, food, caffeine, workload, health. We are not in the business of diagnosing yours. What we can name is the machinery a working day runs on. Dopamine carries the reward for finishing a task. Norepinephrine holds attention on it. Glutathione is the antioxidant the brain leans on under load. Methylation sits behind cellular energy and depends on the active forms of folate and B12. Different systems, different jobs, and no single one of them runs the day on its own. That is why 30BASE is seven compounds with different roles at studied doses, in one daily sachet. Not a multivitamin.

Why a sachet, not a shelf

The sachet is the simplest way to keep a studied-dose stack consistent. Each box is produced to order, with your name printed on every day's sachet, and independently third-party tested. One sachet with breakfast, and there is nothing to portion out, sort into an organizer, track, or reorder. Built from separate bottles, the same formulation means seven products to source and seven expiration dates to manage, and bottles that never empty at the same time. A shelf of bottles stays on the shelf; one sealed sachet goes in a pocket, so the stack travels with you. No blends, no fillers.

Inside the production

The Stack · Seven Compounds

Seven compounds, one daily sachet.

Named, dosed to studied levels, cited to source, and built to include the structural components for long-term brain health that most focus stacks leave out. Tap any card for the full Supplement Facts panel and mechanism.

L-Tyrosine

Cognitive · Stress

1000 mg of the amino acid your brain uses to make dopamine and norepinephrine. The fuel for clear thinking under pressure.

Methyl B-Complex

Energy · Methylation

Eight bioactive B-vitamins in the methylated forms that still work if your MTHFR gene runs slow. Daytime energy without the caffeine cliff.

L-Taurine

Calm · Nerve

800 mg of the amino acid that quiets an overactive nervous system without sedating it. The opposite of caffeine, in the same cup.

NAC

Antioxidant · Cellular

600 mg N-Acetyl Cysteine. The precursor to glutathione, the antioxidant the body uses to handle cellular stress. The quiet antioxidant backstop of the stack.

Rhodiola Rosea

Energy · Stress

250 mg standardized Arctic adaptogen. Holds cognitive performance steady under high load, no stimulant spike or crash.

L-Theanine

Calm · Focus

200 mg of the green-tea amino acid that takes the jitter off coffee and leaves the focus intact.

Omega-3 EPA / DHA

Cardio · Cognitive

1000 mg high-purity fish oil. EPA and DHA are the structural fats your brain is built from. Pacific anchovy, no off-taste.

Dose philosophy

Studied doses. Not "label doses".

Most stacks pad the back of the label with botanicals at half the studied dose, because hitting the real dose costs three times as much per sachet. We didn't. Theanine 200 mg is the dose used across 31 randomized trials. Rhodiola 250 mg is standardized to 3% rosavins, the ratio used in the research. Taurine 800 mg works alongside the caffeine you already drink. NAC 600 mg, the Methyl B-Complex in fully bioactive forms, and Omega-3 at 400 EPA plus 300 DHA are here for the long run rather than for the afternoon. Tyrosine 1000 mg is a daily amount rather than the acute loading dose the stress trials used, and we name that openly.

Three filters
  1. 01 Studied dose. There has to be a published clinical-trial dose for the indication, and we have to fit inside it.
  2. 02 One daily sachet. It has to fit into one daily sachet you can actually take with breakfast. No second pill to track, no powder to mix.
  3. 03 Stack compounding. The mechanism has to overlap with at least two of the others, so the seven are chosen to work as one formula rather than as seven separate bottles.
One honest exception

Six of seven at or above the studied dose. Tyrosine 1000 mg sits at the daily-supplementation tier, below the 100 to 150 mg per kg loading dose used in acute-stress trials (Mahoney 2007). At 70 kg that loading dose would be 7 to 10 grams in one serving, which is not a thing you can put in a sachet. Daily 1000 mg is the dose used in the maintenance arm of those same studies and what we ship. We would rather tell you that than fake the number on the label.

What 30BASE is not

Not a wellness brand.

Not the category

Not "adaptogen-infused" anything, and not a "feminine vitality" or "masculine performance" SKU. Not a glossy lifestyle, not a powder you stir into oat milk, and definitely not a moon-phase reset.

We are a clinical formulation. Manufactured in a US cGMP-certified facility operating under FDA dietary supplement regulations 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117. Tested by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratories. Named and dosed in milligrams on the label.

Not on the label
  • No caffeine.
  • No yohimbine, no synthetic stimulants.
  • No proprietary blends.
  • No undisclosed actives.
  • No artificial colors.
  • No GMO ingredients.
  • No promises of faster thinking. No overnight transformation.
  • No marketing fluff on the label.

Every milligram printed on the label. Every compound named, dosed, cited to the trial that sets the dose range.

What to expect, by timeline

How the stack actually settles in, week by week.

The Cognitive Stack is not a stimulant and not a fast-kick nootropic. Most of the seven compounds build up in tissue or quietly support pathways the body already runs. The honest curve below is what most people notice, and when. Individual response varies.

First week · quiet, with something working underneath

The volume comes down.

On the first day you may notice a small effect from L-Theanine (200 mg) and L-Taurine (800 mg). Theanine has been studied for its effect on alpha brain rhythm, the state of relaxed-but-awake attention (Nobre 2008). Your head goes quieter without sleepiness; thoughts stop running over each other. L-Tyrosine (1000 mg) is a precursor the body uses on demanding days to keep up with what stress and load are using up (Jongkees 2015). On easy days you barely notice it. On heavy days you notice that the day is easier to carry than it usually is.

Second to fourth week · under the surface, things settle

The background gets quieter.

Around two weeks in, the change is hard to put in a single word. Rhodiola Rosea (250 mg) is a standardized adaptogen that supports a normal stress response (Olsson 2009). The day itself has not changed, the same deadlines and the same traffic, but the reaction to it is quieter and the recovery comes faster. NAC (600 mg) provides cysteine, the rate-limiting amino acid the body uses to make glutathione, its main intracellular antioxidant. Methyl-B complex comes online in bioactive forms that work for the roughly one third of the population whose methylation pathway runs slow (Liew & Gupta 2015).

Second to third month · what builds up underneath

The slow compounds catch up.

Omega-3 (1000 mg fish oil, EPA 400 + DHA 300) is the slowest. EPA and DHA are structural components of every cell membrane and take 8 to 12 weeks to build up in tissue. This is the case where the body does its work in the background, on a timeline long enough that you do not feel the difference day to day. Effect is quiet by design.

What you will not get

No quick kick. No overnight rewrite.

The Cognitive Stack is not a treatment and does not claim to be. The way long-term users describe the stack is by its absence. When you forget it for a week on a trip, you notice that the steady state you had gotten used to was the daily work of these seven compounds underneath. That is the paradox of a foundation: when it works, it disappears.

Is this you

Who 30BASE is for, and who it is not.

This is for you if
  • your work runs on the mind under pressure: long focus-heavy days, high-stakes decisions on the clock, many threads at once
  • you are building, analyzing, operating, creating, or competing, and want a steady working state that holds all day
  • you want studied doses in one done-for-you sachet, not a shelf of jars to source and assemble
  • you want a daily foundation, not a jolt you chase
This is not for you if
  • you are under 18, or pregnant or breastfeeding
  • you want a stimulant kick; there is no caffeine or yohimbine here
  • you want a shelf of bottles to mix and match; we sell one product, one sachet, once a day
  • you have a diagnosed deficiency that needs a clinical dose, not a daily foundation

If you take a daily prescription, clear the stack with your physician before starting.

What backs the label

Four things you can verify, in plain English.

There is no "FDA-approved supplement", and any brand that says so is bluffing.

No clinical trial has been run on the finished formula, and we will not imply otherwise. Everything on this page describes the individual compounds at their doses, not the stack as a single tested product.

Full dose disclosure and no proprietary blends are the floor here, not the achievement. What is hard to reproduce is the verification: independent lab testing, every sachet checked. Four anchors behind the label, all checkable, none taken on faith.

Why the format is the point

Subscribe once. It lands on time. Take it in the morning.

A stack only works if you take it. One sealed sachet, on a box that arrives automatically each month, is what makes a full daily stack easy to actually finish, so here the convenience is not a perk: it is what makes consistency possible, and consistency is what any daily product depends on.

Each box holds 30 sachets, is made to order, and ships monthly for free, typically arriving 5 to 8 business days after the charge. It lands before the current box runs out, so the stack never breaks and the steady state holds.

Take

The day starts with thirty seconds, anywhere. Tear the sachet across the perforated strip, tip the eight capsules into your palm two at a time, swallow after breakfast, with your coffee or a glass of water. The fat in your meal carries the fish-oil softgel cleanly. One sealed sachet slips into a pocket or a bag and travels with you, so a trip or a packed morning never breaks the routine. No second dose. No mid-day reminder. No pill organizer. Done. The format people actually stick with after 30 days, because it does not ask anything of you the rest of the day.

How this compares

Us vs them

Most cognitive supplements leave the real work to you: sourcing each compound, dosing it, counting it out, and tracking seven separate expiration dates. The recipe is easy to publish and easy to copy; the finished, verified product is the hard part, and that is what 30BASE is. Versus the two alternatives a cognitive-stack buyer actually weighs: an all-in-one nootropic blend, or building the same stack yourself from separate jars. The comparison here is on what the product is. Greens powders and multivitamins are a different job, general nutrition rather than a cognition stack, so they are not part of it. Its edge is not a longer ingredient list or a lower price. The seven are deliberately few: each sits at a dose the research used, where a stack of thirty names would push every one below it. It is the finished, produced-to-order format: a full, verified stack in one daily sachet, at real doses, with the sourcing, dosing, and tracking done for you.

What the price pays for.

$139 for a single box, or $125 a month on the plan, with free US shipping. Not a marketing budget or a hero-dose gimmick.

  • Evidence-based formulation and ingredient selection: seven compounds chosen to work as one system, each at the dose used in published research.
  • Bioactive forms selected for their established bioavailability: methylfolate and methylcobalamin, not folic acid and cyanocobalamin.
  • Independent third-party testing of potency and purity by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories, with a Certificate of Analysis on request.
  • Produced to order and pre-portioned into one daily sachet with your name on it, so there is nothing to source, measure, or reorder.
  • Thirty sealed sachets in every box, one for each day of the month, each marked Day 1 through Day 30. You see at a glance whether today's dose is taken and where you are in the month, so the routine takes no counting and no tracking. The box does the remembering, and that is what turns the daily dose into an easy habit.
  • Free US shipping, and the freedom to pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

You are paying for the finished, tested, done-for-you stack: the formulation, the independent third-party testing, and the verified single-sachet format, not a marketing budget or a hero-dose gimmick.

30BASE is built to move away from the usual marketing that sells at any cost. Our task is to make a product we use ourselves, one that meets the real needs of people who work with their heads, and of anyone whose work runs on sustained focus under pressure, whether they are building, analyzing, operating, creating, or competing. We do it by giving them a supplement foundation for cognitive performance and knowledge work: a steady working state in which they get more done with less friction, moving forward on their own path.

The idea behind 30BASE is simple, though stating it requires precision. Attention, energy and the ability to hold a load do not run on one substance. Marketing, competition, taxes, deadlines, learning something new every month, the constant updating of tools, the race to stay productive and earn enough. This is a load on the nervous system that, in evolutionary terms, compares not to days of hunting and gathering but to a continuous exam that runs for decades.

Mental work leans on several systems at once, and each of them has its own participants. Dopamine carries the reward for reaching a goal. Norepinephrine mobilizes attention and holds it there. Glutathione is the brain's main antioxidant buffer. Methylation sits behind energy metabolism in brain cells and depends on the active forms of folate and B12. Those roles are documented. What is not documented, and what we will not claim, is that a working day drains them faster than food replaces them, or that an afternoon dip is proof of a shortfall. A dip has many possible causes: sleep, schedule, food, caffeine, workload, health. We are not in the business of diagnosing yours.

What we can say is narrower, and it is enough. The compounds behind those systems are well studied, they are sold separately in seven different jars, and almost nobody takes all seven every day for a month. That is the gap 30BASE was built for. Not a diagnosis, not a deficiency story: a finished daily foundation, named and dosed in full, so the question stops being what to buy and starts being whether you took it this morning.

The supplement industry sees this deficit and offers solutions. Most of them do not work, or work poorly. Not because the compounds are wrong, but because the dose is wrong or hidden. The jar says “Rhodiola Rosea extract” but does not say whether it is standardized to the marker compounds that actually work. The jar says “L-Tyrosine 500 mg,” though the study they cite used a thousand. The jar says “Methyl B-Complex,” and inside is ordinary folic acid, which many adults whose MTHFR gene runs slow absorb poorly. Many brands hide the doses inside proprietary blends, where the label shows only the total milligrams and a list of ingredients with no individual doses. This is not an accident. It is a marketing decision that lets a brand put loud names on the label without paying for clinical doses inside.

30BASE is built on a different principle. Every stack it makes goes through the same three filters. First filter: each compound has a published clinical dose for the target effect, and the dose falls within that range. Second filter: everything fits into one daily sachet, sized so a person can swallow it with breakfast. Third filter: the mechanisms overlap with at least two other compounds in the stack, so it works as a system rather than as a sum of jars. Anything that fails even one filter is left out, however much we want to keep it.

The first stack built this way is 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack. The cuts were real. Creatine, full-dose lion's mane, magnesium L-threonate at the cognitive dose, ashwagandha. All of it was in the early version, and all of it came out.

What stays in describes itself by effects that are supported by research. Calm concentration: L-Theanine 200 mg (Nobre, 2008) plus L-Taurine 800 mg (Wu, 2009). They work on GABA modulation and alpha-wave activity, giving focus without sedation and a quieter head, smoothing overstimulation, especially alongside morning coffee. Sustained focus: L-Tyrosine 1000 mg (Mahoney, 2007), a precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine, the two neurotransmitters that holding attention under load depends on. Resilience under load: Rhodiola Rosea 250 mg, standardized to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides (Panossian, 2010), plus NAC 600 mg (Atkuri, 2007), a glutathione precursor. Rhodiola supports a normal stress response, NAC supports the body's antioxidant defenses. Steady energy: Methyl B-Complex in active forms, bypassing the MTHFR conversion for those in whom it runs slowly (Stover, 2004), and Omega-3 EPA 400 plus DHA 300 mg (Calder, 2020), the structural fats that synaptic membranes are built from.

The formulation is based on published clinical research, cited per compound. Every name on the label. Every dose in milligrams. Every study beside it. No proprietary blends, no “complex” without full dose disclosure, no claim that cannot be backed by a reference to published work.

The format is not accidental either. 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack is one sachet a day, eight capsules inside. In the morning you tear it along the perforation, pour it into your palm, wash it down with water or coffee, and go to work. Thirty seconds. This format exists not for looks but because keeping a ritual over thirty days depends not on motivation but on its simplicity. Seven jars on a shelf are seven chances to skip. One sachet is one action, and it is either done or not. Each box is produced to order, with your name printed on every day's sachet and the whole stack pre-portioned inside. There is nothing to count out, sort into an organizer, or track across seven separate expiration dates, and a single sachet slips into a pocket or a bag, so the stack travels with you.

On money, we will be direct. 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack is one hundred twenty-five dollars a month on the plan, or one hundred thirty-nine dollars for a single box. What the price pays for is the formulation, the evidence-based selection, and the bioactive forms chosen for their established bioavailability. It also pays for the independent third-party testing, and for having all of it assembled into one pre-portioned daily sachet. The alternative is seven bottles to source, dose, track, and reorder, several of which never empty at the same time. If you want a complete, tested stack handled end to end, that is exactly what this is.

30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack comes two ways. A single box is one hundred thirty-nine dollars, and the monthly plan is one hundred twenty-five dollars a month. The monthly subscription is for people who want it handled for them, the stack delivered every thirty days with nothing to reorder. The one-time box is for people who want to try it first and then decide whether to subscribe. The subscription works like any other subscription a modern person is used to. The card is charged once a month, and the box arrives two or three days before the current one runs out. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your customer account, or by emailing us. This is stated word for word in the site policy, because half the decision to buy any subscription is the question of how easily it can be closed.

Manufacturing standards are the place where most brands stop being transparent. For 30BASE it is the place where specifics matter most. Production runs under cGMP, 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117. Potency and purity are tested by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratories, and production records are held for FDA inspection. Production records are held for FDA inspection on request. A third-party laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 verifies potency and purity on a skip-lot schedule. A Certificate of Analysis for each compound is available on request. And the last thing, which almost no one does. Every individual sachet passes content verification through machine vision at the moment of filling and sealing. Not by sampling. Every unit.

This takes time and costs money. The number reflects what 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack actually costs to make at these doses with this verification. We would rather hold the price honest than cut either one.

Taken together, these make 30BASE a transparent brand: a product built on published research, with every dose disclosed in full and measured against the published trials (six of the seven at or above the studied dose, and the one exception, Tyrosine, named openly), made to a verifiable standard, for a steady working state earned by what is on the label rather than promised by marketing.

One more thing that is rarely said out loud. There is no clinical trial of the finished 30BASE formula, and we will not imply otherwise. Everything above describes the individual compounds at their doses, not the stack as a single tested product. When that changes, we will say so and show the study.

What happens after the first sachet. Most people notice nothing dramatic on the first day. Perhaps the morning coffee goes down smoother, without the usual hyper edge, because theanine and taurine start working within thirty to forty minutes. That is all. By the end of the first week the afternoon dip gets quieter, as tyrosine and the methyl B-complex begin to compound. By the end of weeks two to four most people notice that the day no longer drains them as much by evening. By weeks six to eight, the compounds that work underneath, omega-3 and the methyl B-complex, have built up the substrate the rest of the stack runs on. There is no jolt to point to. What most people describe is a day that swings less, an afternoon that holds, an evening with something left. A steadier working line, not a sharper hour.

A foundation, when it works, tends to disappear. Most long-term users stop noticing 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack at all, until they skip it on a trip and the steady state they had gotten used to turns out to have been the daily work of seven compounds underneath.

Every person responds a little differently, depending on starting state, sleep, stress, and whatever else is happening in life. What is the same for everyone is the biochemistry it runs on. Seven compounds at doses that showed clinical activity in published research. One sachet a day. Thirty seconds in the morning. After that, the work.

The product

One product: the 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack. Each box holds 30 daily packets. Each packet holds the same seven compounds, 8 capsules total, taken after breakfast with coffee or a glass of water. About thirty seconds. Nothing to portion, sort, count, or reorder, and one expiration date instead of seven. Every box is produced to order rather than pulled from stock, with the customer’s name printed on every packet.

The seven compounds, with the research cited

  • L-Tyrosine 1000 mg (2 capsules of 500 mg). The amino acid the brain uses to make dopamine and norepinephrine. A review of the human literature found tyrosine helps in short stressful or demanding stretches. Jongkees 2015 Mahoney 2007
  • L-Taurine 800 mg. Acts on GABA receptors without binding them like a sedative; stabilizes neuronal and cardiac membranes. Human trials show the clearest benefit when taurine is taken alongside caffeine, where the pair improved reaction time more than either one alone, which is how it is taken here. Deng 2025
  • L-Theanine 200 mg. A meta-analysis of 31 randomized trials in 1,168 people found that a single 200 mg dose taken 30 to 60 minutes before testing improved choice reaction time. That is this dose and this timing. Gerolymos 2026
  • NAC 600 mg. Provides cysteine, the rate-limiting amino acid the body uses to make glutathione. Across 20 pooled human trials glutathione rose and oxidative-stress markers fell. Sadowski 2024
  • Rhodiola Rosea 250 mg, standardized to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides, the ratio used in the research. Randomized trials report benefits for stress and fatigue. Response varies from person to person. Luszczak 2026
  • Omega-3 fish oil 1000 mg (EPA 400 mg, DHA 300 mg). DHA is a structural building block of brain cell membranes. It is here for long-term brain and general health rather than as an acute focus ingredient. Shahinfar 2025
  • Methyl B-Complex, eight B vitamins in active coenzyme forms: methylfolate and methylcobalamin rather than folic acid and cyanocobalamin. A meta-analysis of 95 studies in 46,175 people links B vitamin status to slower cognitive decline. Wang 2022 Stover 2004

Contains fish and rice. Free of dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, shellfish, sesame, gluten, GMOs, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.

The one honest dose exception

Six of the seven sit at or above the level used in the trials cited above. One does not, and we name it. The acute-stress trials dose tyrosine by body weight, roughly 100 to 150 mg per kilogram, which for a 70 kg adult is 7 to 10 grams in a single serving and does not fit in a daily packet. We ship 1000 mg, the daily-supplementation amount used in the maintenance arms of that literature. It is a reasonable daily dose. It is not the acute loading dose, and we will not present it as one.

What we do not claim

  • There is no clinical trial of the finished 30BASE formula. Everything described here belongs to the individual compounds at their doses, never to the stack as a single tested product. If that changes, we will say so and publish the study.
  • We do not claim that a normal afternoon dip is proof of a nutrient shortfall, and we do not claim that modern work drains these systems faster than food replaces them. A dip has many possible causes: sleep, schedule, food, caffeine, workload, health. We do not diagnose anyone.
  • There is no such thing as an FDA-approved dietary supplement, from us or from anyone. FDA does not approve supplement products. It regulates the facilities that make them.
  • No disease claims, no proprietary blends, no “clinically proven”, no before-and-after claims, no guaranteed outcomes.

What to expect, by timeline

Days 1 to 3. Most people notice nothing dramatic. Theanine and taurine can give a mild reduction of background mental noise roughly 30 to 60 minutes after the packet. Tyrosine responds to load rather than to a fixed daily dose. Rhodiola varies widely between people. Riboflavin colors urine bright yellow on day one, which is normal.

Weeks 2 to 4. The more reproducible part: steadier mood and fewer mid-day slumps, higher tolerance for the same stressor, slightly easier sleep, easier recovery after physical exertion.

Months 2 to 3. The measurable part, on blood work rather than on feeling: triglycerides and the omega-3 index respond to daily EPA and DHA, and homocysteine responds to active-form folate and B12.

What will not happen. No euphoria, no turbo mode, no sleep replacement, no transformation moment on day three. Possible side effects at these doses: rhodiola late in the evening can cause insomnia in sensitive people, which is why this is a morning packet; NAC on an empty stomach can cause mild nausea; tyrosine is not appropriate for people with hyperthyroidism or on MAO inhibitors; fish oil can cause reflux on an empty stomach.

Quality, and what you can actually check

  • Made in the US. A US facility following FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice for dietary supplements, 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117. Production and testing records kept on file for inspection.
  • Tested by someone else. Potency and purity confirmed by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratory, sampling across production runs. Not by us.
  • Certificate of Analysis. The laboratory’s signed report is available for every compound on request. Email us the compound name and we send the latest one. It is not published on this site today, so asking is currently the way to see it.
  • Every packet checked. A camera checks each packet as it is filled and sealed. The industry standard is to spot-check a sample from each batch.
  • Every dose on the label, with the study, so nothing has to be taken on trust.

Full chain-of-custody traceability runs from raw material to finished packet. We do not name our manufacturing partner or our testing laboratory publicly; both are described by standard and accreditation rather than by name.

Reviews are requested only after a customer has finished a full 30-day box, from verified buyers only, and both the good and the bad get published. A review written in the first week is a review of the packaging, not of the product, and we would rather wait for the real one.

What you can check without anyone’s opinion: every dose is labeled, every study is linked, potency and purity are tested by an independent laboratory, and your first box is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Who it is for

Anyone whose work depends on the mind under pressure: long focus-heavy days, high-stakes decisions on the clock, many threads at once. Not for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, or anyone looking for a stimulant. If you take prescription medication, clear it with your physician first.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual response varies.

Before you start

Common questions, short answers.

For people who work with their heads, and anyone in a role that runs on sustained focus under pressure. Not a stimulant, but a steady working state through the day.

Our work is to give you a cognitive foundation you move along your own path on, whatever that path is.

Will I feel wired or stimulated?

No. There is no caffeine, no yohimbine, no synthetic stimulants. It works on the systems your focus already runs on, neurotransmitters, antioxidant capacity, and the methylation cycle, so your own energy works better rather than louder. People describe it as steady, not buzzed.

Can I take this with my morning coffee?

Yes. The L-Theanine and L-Taurine pairing is specifically what softens the caffeine kick. Most people find the stack pairs cleanly with one or two cups, fewer afternoon dips, no jitter, no 3 p.m. crash. Take with breakfast for clean absorption.

How does the subscription work?

$125 every 30 days on the monthly plan, about $4.17 a day, or $139 for a single box with no subscription. Free shipping across the contiguous 48. Your card is charged each cycle until you cancel or pause. Cancel or pause from your account in a couple of clicks. No phone call. No starter markup, no introductory pricing, no autorenewal trap. The price is the same every month from day one. We do not inflate the first month and drop it later, and we do not fund a launch discount by quietly lowering the doses or the third-party testing. We would rather hold the price honest than cut either one.

Can I get a refund?

Your first box is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Give it two or three weeks if you can, since it is a foundation and builds with daily use. If it is not for you, email support with your order number any time within 30 days of delivery. We refund the full amount you paid for that box to your original payment method, with nothing held back for shipping or handling: we issue it within two business days, and your bank usually posts it in another five to ten. Nothing to ship back, because every box is made to order with your name printed on it. No phone call, no form, no restocking fee. Change your mind the same day you order and we cancel it outright, before the box goes into production. If you are on the monthly plan, we cancel it at the same time and refund any box already charged but not yet shipped. We do ask for one line on what did not work, because it is the only way we learn, but the refund does not depend on your answer. Support answers within one business day. The guarantee covers your first order. For later boxes, you can cancel or pause anytime before the next charge, and any box charged but not yet in production is refunded in full. If a box arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, we replace it at no cost. Anything else, write to support@30base.com.

Can I cancel or pause?

Yes. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your customer account at 30base.com/account, or by emailing support@30base.com. It is your Shopify account, the same email login you use in the Shop app, so there is no separate password: sign in with a one-time code, open Manage subscription, and choose Skip next box, Pause for 30, 60, or 90 days, change your card or address, or Cancel, in a couple of clicks. Once you cancel or pause, your card is not charged again.

When will I notice a difference?

Individual response varies. Theanine acts within the first day. Others (Tyrosine, Rhodiola) work cumulatively over weeks. Omega-3 and the B-complex build up in tissues gradually over 8 to 12 weeks. The effect is cumulative, and your starting point matters.

Take with morning coffee, or on an empty stomach?

Take with breakfast, with or without coffee. The fat in your meal helps the Omega-3 softgel absorb cleanly, and food makes Rhodiola and NAC gentler on your stomach. L-Theanine and Taurine pair cleanly with caffeine and take the jitter off.

What if I miss a day?

Skip it and take the next sachet the following morning. Nothing in the stack depends on a single day's dose; the benefit builds over weeks. Don't double-dose to "catch up".

Why is my name printed on the sachet?

Because your box is personally produced for your order, not pulled from a shelf. Each sachet is printed with your name, the day count, and the lot number, the same traceability discipline that puts every milligram on the label. Accountability you can hold, not a personalization gimmick.

Why does the sachet format matter, or is it just packaging?

A stack only works if you take it, and most good intentions die on a shelf of seven bottles, a pill organizer, and a monthly reorder. One sealed sachet, taken in about thirty seconds after breakfast and arriving automatically each month, is what makes a full daily stack easy to actually finish. Here the format is the mechanism, not a luxury: the convenience is what turns a good formulation into a daily habit, and the cumulative effect comes from taking it every day.

Are these doses safe long-term?

Yes. Every compound falls within the dose range used in published clinical trials, and below the tolerable upper intake level set by the NIH.

I noticed bright-yellow urine in the first days. Is that normal?

Yes. The Methyl B-Complex contains riboflavin (B2), and any amount the body does not use is excreted in urine, bright-yellow. This is the expected color of riboflavin and not a sign of anything wrong. It typically settles within a week or two as the body adjusts to the daily dose.

Any common allergens? Is it vegan?

The sachet contains fish derivatives (Pacific anchovy fish oil for the Omega-3 softgel), so the stack is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Everything else is gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free.

Safe with prescription medications?

Rhodiola can interact with thyroid medication and certain SSRIs. NAC can thin mucus and may affect blood pressure medication. If you take any prescription drug daily, clear the stack with your physician before starting.

Who is 30BASE for?

For anyone whose work depends on the mind under pressure: long, focus-heavy days, high-stakes decisions on the clock, and many threads to juggle at once, whether you are building, analyzing, operating, creating, or competing. It is built for demanding knowledge work and any role that runs on sustained focus, not for general wellness or a stimulant kick. If you want a steady working state through the day rather than a jolt, this is your stack.

Who is 30BASE not for?
This is not your stack if you are under 18, pregnant, or breastfeeding. It is not for a diagnosed deficiency that needs a clinical dose rather than a daily foundation. It is not a stimulant: there is no caffeine and no yohimbine in here. It is not for anyone who wants a shelf of bottles to mix and match, because we sell one product, one sachet, once a day. And it is not for anyone shopping purely on price, because we are not the cheapest, by design. If you take any prescription medication daily, clear the stack with your physician before starting.
Why a UK company shipping from the United States?

CLEAR BASE LTD is the UK-registered legal entity that owns the brand, hires the team, and signs the contracts. Manufacturing and US fulfillment run through a US partner facility because shipping to US customers is faster and cheaper from inside the country. Two locations, one operation, one customer: you.

Can I trust 30BASE? Is it a real, legitimate brand?
Yes, and every part of it is checkable rather than taken on faith. Every compound is dosed at the amount used in published research, named and printed in milligrams on the label, with no proprietary blends. The current stack, 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack, is seven of those compounds in one daily sachet, for calm concentration, sustained focus, resilience under load, steady energy, and a quiet mind. It is made in a US cGMP-certified facility under 21 CFR Part 111 and 117. Potency and purity are tested by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratories. Every sachet is content-verified, not just sampled by lot. 30BASE is operated by CLEAR BASE LTD, a UK-registered company (Company No. 17140275), listed on the public Companies House register. The price is plain: $139 for a single box, or $125 a month on the plan, with no inflated first month, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@30base.com. That is the whole case. A product built on published research, disclosed down to the milligram, made to a standard you can verify.
Does 30BASE actually work? How effective is it?

30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack is built for a steady working state, not a sudden jolt. It is seven compounds at the doses used in published research, taken as one daily sachet. Most people notice that the day swings less and that focus holds steadier through the afternoon, with the strongest early effect from theanine and taurine and the rest building over two to three weeks. It does not claim to fix or cure anything. What it offers is correct doses, full dose disclosure, and honest expectations, which is rare in this category.

How reliable is 30BASE? Is it safe, and who makes it?

30BASE is manufactured for CLEAR BASE LTD by a US-based cGMP-certified contract manufacturer under 21 CFR Part 111 and 117. Potency and purity are tested by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratories, with a Certificate of Analysis available on request. Unusually, every individual sachet is checked by machine vision as it is filled, not just sampled by lot. The formulation is based on published clinical research, cited per compound.

Is 30BASE worth the money? How does it compare?

30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack is $125 a month on the plan, about $4.17 a day, or $139 for a single box, with free US shipping. What that price buys, and buying the jars separately does not, is independent third-party testing, which you cannot run on seven separate bottles yourself. It reflects the formulation work, evidence-based ingredient selection, studied doses, bioactive forms selected for their established bioavailability (methylfolate and methylcobalamin, not folic acid and cyanocobalamin), independent third-party lab testing, and pre-portioned daily sachets that remove the sourcing, dosing, tracking, and reordering. You are paying for a produced-to-order, independently tested stack at studied doses, delivered done for you, not for a marketing budget or a hero-dose gimmick.

How much does 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack cost, and how does it compare to assembling the compounds yourself?

30BASE is $125 a month on the plan, about $4.17 a day, or $139 for a single box, with free US shipping and no lock-in. What it buys that seven separate jars do not is independent third-party testing, which you cannot run yourself. The price covers:

  • Evidence-based formulation and ingredient selection, at the doses used in published research.
  • Bioactive forms selected for their established bioavailability, for example methylfolate and methylcobalamin rather than folic acid and cyanocobalamin.
  • Independent third-party laboratory testing of potency and purity, with a Certificate of Analysis on request.
  • One pre-portioned daily sachet, so there is nothing to source, dose, track, or reorder.

30BASE is priced as a complete, tested stack.

Why buy 30BASE instead of assembling the same seven compounds yourself?

You can, and we publish every compound and dose, so nothing is hidden. What is hard to reproduce at home is not the recipe, which we publish, it is the independent testing. Assembled yourself, it is seven bottles from seven manufacturers, each portioned by hand, each on its own reorder and expiration date, each relying on the quality controls of a different manufacturer. 30BASE is those same seven compounds decided on once, combined into one finished daily product, third-party tested as one finished product, and pre-portioned into one daily sachet you take with breakfast. The ingredients are buyable. What you cannot run on seven separate jars is independent third-party testing, and that verification, with the done-for-you format, is what the price is for. If you enjoy sourcing, dosing, and tracking seven products, building it yourself is a real option. If you want the same stack handled and verified so you just take it, that is what this is.

How does 30BASE compare to nootropic stacks or building the stack yourself?

Unlike most cognitive supplements, 30BASE is pre-portioned into one daily sachet: seven compounds sealed together, each sachet printed with your name and the day count, taken in one go with breakfast, with nothing to count out, split between morning and evening, or reorder. All-in-one nootropic blends pack a long list of ingredients into a few capsules or a scoop, and as that count climbs, each ingredient gets less room, which makes it harder to hold the doses commonly used in published research. Building the same stack from separate jars means seven products to source, dose, track, reorder, and keep from running out, and it leaves you relying on the quality controls of several separate manufacturers rather than one finished product. 30BASE is the whole stack done for you: seven compounds, each at a dose the research actually used, independently third-party tested, in one daily sachet you take once with breakfast.

Why does 30BASE have only 7 ingredients when other nootropics have 30 or more?

Because a longer ingredient list is not the same as a better formula. There is only so much room in a few capsules or one sachet, so as the count climbs each ingredient gets less space, which makes it harder to match the doses studied in research. 30BASE is built the other way, around one deliberate design choice: fewer ingredients, each at a dose the studies actually used. Seven compounds, chosen because each has a studied dose and included at that dose, pre-portioned into one daily sachet. It is not doing less. It is refusing to pad the label with amounts too small to matter.

Where is 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack manufactured?

In the United States. Production runs through a US cGMP-certified facility operating under FDA dietary supplement regulations 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117. We keep the specific facility confidential as a matter of supplier policy. That the work is US-based, that the facility is cGMP-certified, and that the testing is done by third-party labs can all be verified independently, on request.

Is 30BASE Daily Cognitive Stack FDA-registered or FDA-approved?

The FDA does not register or approve dietary supplements themselves. What FDA does is regulate the facilities that make them. The facility we use is FDA-compliant under 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117 and is subject to periodic FDA inspections. We do not claim FDA approval, because no dietary supplement on the US market legitimately can.

Can I see the Certificate of Analysis?

Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request for every compound in the stack: Tyrosine, Taurine, Theanine, NAC, Rhodiola, Omega-3, Methyl B-Complex. Email support@30base.com with the compound name and we send the most recent CoA back. We do not publish CoAs publicly because lot numbers rotate and a stale public PDF is worse than no PDF.

What about allergens?

The stack contains fish (in the Omega-3 softgel) and rice (in the Methyl B-Complex). It is free of dairy, wheat, soy, peanut, tree nut, egg, shellfish, sesame, and gluten. It is free of GMOs and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Full ingredient and allergen panel is on the Supplement Facts panel on every box.

That is who we are. This is what we make.
